Playing with Journals

Do you keep a journal – is it your most precious thing?  I keep one, but it’s anything but precious.  I use it as a means of remembering things, working things out, ideas – whatever I want.  I know sometimes it’s difficult to think of new ideas, so from time to time I post something here that might be of interest.  If you are at that point now you might like to join in with this little exercise, let me know if you do.

This doesn’t give much away, does it?  You’ll have to pop over there to see what it’s all about.

What are you doing on 14th May?

I’ll be having an early start on 14th May.  I’m off to South Wales to teach at Busy Bees.  It’s a lovely venue for a workshop, and I’ve been there several times before.  This year I’m teaching 3D effects on the embellisher, and we’ll be making, amongst other things, some little booties.   (We aren’t making Little BooKies – you can read about those here).

Aren’t they cute?  I won’t say that they are easy, but they  do turn out well.  Why not come and join us.

A date for your diary

Hope to see you there.  Amongst other things I’ll have some sample colours of what to expect at Summer School.  If you are interested in an online course I’ll have some information too……Click the image if you need more information.
