Time for the next step?

Term has ended and the summer holidays are stretching out  Next term seems a long way away, but it will be here sooner than you think.

If you like Machine Embroidery, and want to take it a little further, I thought I’d tell you about a new course at Missenden Abbey this term.  It’s being taught by my friend Janet Crowther, and I can really recommend it.  Those of you that have attended Urchfont Manor will have heard of her, but her name may be new to some of you.  Her teaching is excellent, and she always draws the very best out of her students.  Starting in October she is teaching Historical Heirlooms, a City and Guilds course with a difference. There is a little information below, but do ask for more by contacting the college direct.  This course isn’t in the brochure, and it would be such a shame if it doesn’t run as it is such an unusual and interesting one.

By the way, we’ll be at Missenden Abbey Summer School on Tuesday.  Maybe we’ll see you there?

Colour has been business for a number of years. Crochet is one of my current means of expression and I enjoy enabling other creatives. Some of my blogs are kept as daily records. Take a look and you will see.
