Embellisher Workshop

I am delighted to be part of a new initiative by Janome.  For details of the first workshop take a look here.  Workshops will take place at the very well equipped Janome UK HQ, and an embellisher machine will be provided for every student.  No experience is required, but if you are an expert you will enjoy the day too.  I’ll be back with more information another day.

Don’t forget…

…. that it’s Cottenham this weekend.  Hope to see you there

Also, check out the giveaway if you haven’t already done so.  I’ll send anywhere in the world, so comment away.

Then I’m off to Alston Hall, where we’ll be looking at paper, machine embroidery, and the embellisher, and our annual visit to Sticky Fingers.  Will I see you at either of these places?

Busy Bees

If you are near to Newport in South Wales you might like to know that I’m teaching the Embellisher at Busy Bees.  We’ll be making a cushion, and it will be fun.  You can download a brochure here, whizz your way to page 28 for information.  If you have already booked, don’t forget to book a machine, there are only 6 loan machines and I’m not sure how many are left.

The above photograph shows part of the class hard at work last year.  I’ve also entered it into the Dark Globe Photo Challenge, just for fun.

By the way, if you haven’t signed the petition yet, please do so.  More information in the previous post.
