Some of you know that I publish the occasional tutorial on my personal blog. Well, today I’ve posted the first stage of a new one. Keeping a sketchbook is a discipline. Most people don’t do it because they are afraid of criticism, and because they don’t like what they see – it isn’t ‘good’ enough. Well, this was the exercise that moved me on from that position, and I’m gladly sharing it with you. You’ll find it here. I hope you will give it a go.

Playing with Journals
Do you keep a journal – is it your most precious thing? I keep one, but it’s anything but precious. I use it as a means of remembering things, working things out, ideas – whatever I want. I know sometimes it’s difficult to think of new ideas, so from time to time I post something here that might be of interest. If you are at that point now you might like to join in with this little exercise, let me know if you do.
This doesn’t give much away, does it? You’ll have to pop over there to see what it’s all about.
